Ordering

Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that SOPHODES Clothing shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, SOPHODES Clothing shall issue a return to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. SOPHODES cannot guarantee that all items included in the shop are in stock at the time of your order. If an item is unavailable you will be notified by the SOPHODES customer service team in a timely manner. SOPHODES reserves the right to amend content of the site at any time. SOPHODES will always strive to keep all of the information on the site as accurate as possible, including images and pricing, but errors can occur. SOPHODES reserves the right to cancel any order prior to sending it out should we find an error in pricing.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments.

We do NOT accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.

All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case an item is mis-listed, SOPHODES reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price.

Sizing

O/S refers to "one size fits most". All vintage pieces are one of a kind and sizes are not guaranteed as they vary between each product. 

Shipping 

Customers have options of shipping preferences upon checkout. SOPHODES is not responsible for any lost shipped items whether or not the customer choose insurance with their shipping. SOPHODES will to the best of their abilities assist in finding lost packages but are in no way held financially liable.
